Denise Che is new corporate partner at HWB

Denise Che will become a partner of HWB (Howse Williams Bowers) in Hong Kong on May 1.

The new partner has worked at HWB since it was established four years ago. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory, corporate and financial regulatory, public and private cross-border M&A (including privatisations), corporate restructurings and reorganisations, capital markets and general commercial matters.

HWB now has 19 partners, including seven in the corporate practice, which has more than 30 fee-earners now. The practice is recommended in the 2016 edition of Asialaw Profiles and Christopher Williams was included for corporate / M&A in the Asialaw Leading Lawyers' guide.

Che is the firm’s second new corporate partner this year. Christopher Yu joined the firm in April from Goodwin Procter.
