Ralph Lim appointed director at OC Queen Street

Ralph Lim has been appointed director and head of the corporate/M&A practice at OC Queen Street in Singapore, which has a formal alliance with Osborne Clarke. Before the move, Lim was a director and joint head of the M&A practice at Drew & Napier. He brings with him 20 years of experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.

Eunice Chan promoted to partner at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill

Eunice Chan has been promoted to partner at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill. With a strong focus on IP, franchise and competition law, her clients include those in the fashion apparel, telecoms, automotive, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sectors.

AnJie appoints three partners in IP and private equity practices

AnJie Law Firm has appointed three new partners: IP specialist James Ma and private equity specialists Xie Yongtao and Echo Zhao. Ma has handled complex commercial disputes in China and has extensive experience working with international and domestic companies. Xie has a strong focus on venture capital, outbound investment and competition law, and has worked at a number of domestic and international law firms. Zhao is experienced in cross-border M&A and private wealth management and was general counsel for a number of multinational corporations before the move.
