Asialaw Leading Lawyer Loung Van Trung, previously a partner at Bross & Partners, and ex Frasers lawyers Pham Ba Linh and Nguyen Viet Ha, have established a new law firm called Lexcomm Vietnam.
Trung is noted for his banking, capital markets and dispute resolution experience and is also an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre. Pham is noted for his work in energy and infrastructure projects, while Nguyen is known for his media and telecoms work.
The firm’s core practice areas include banking and finance, capital markets, construction and real estate, corporate and M&A, insurance, IT, telco & media, and projects & infrastructure.
The firm has offices in Ho Chih Minh City and Hanoi.
