• Assisted FWD Insurance on acquisition of Vietcombank-Cardif Life Insurance, a life insurance joint venture between Vietcombank and BNP Paribas Cardif.
• Advised Philcement Corporation, a subsidiary of Phillippines-listed Phinma Corporation, on acquisition of a stake in Song Lam Cement JSC, operator of the biggest cement plant in Vietnam.
• Acted as lead counsels in two landmark infrastructure arbitration cases in Hong Kong with USD 500 million at stake (ICC rules).
• Advised PV Power in EPC contract for combined cycle LNG power project Nhon Trach 3 & 4 for total capacity of 1.5 GW.
• Assisted global diagnostics imaging leader Siemens Healthineers in obtaining Vietnam merger clearance for its USD 16.4 billion acquisition of Varian Medical Systems.
• Advised Taisho Development on strategic investment in high-end complex Lancaster Luminaire, a 6000 sqm high-end shopping mall, office and apartment complex located in the heart of Hanoi.
• Advised Hyphens Pharma on its IPO on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX-ST).
