Career highlights: Mr Jiang worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1993 to 1996 and started legal practice in 1997. He has degrees from
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Oxford University, China University of Law and Political Science and Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Representative cases include: assisting many multinational companies and private equity funds to set up joint ventures and wholly-owned
subsidiaries, carry out mergers and acquisitions and project financing in China; assisting a number of world class investment banks in evaluating
and acquiring non-performing assets in China and exploring the possibility of establishing joint venture asset management companies with
major banks and asset management companies in China; assisting an established investment bank based in the US to carry out strategic
restructuring of China’s steel enterprises and introduce modern financing methods into China’s metallurgy industry, and others.
Awards include: Full Service Lawyer of the Year in China 2014, Corporate INTL; and Leading Lawyer 2004-2016, Asialaw.
Professional memberships: Mr Jiang is a member of All-China Lawyers Association and Inter-Pacific Bar Association, and Chairman of Real
