Career highlights: Raian Karanjawala is the educational bi-product of St Columbus School, Delhi and was conferred with the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the Sri Ram College of Commerce where he was also the College Union President. Mr. Karanjawala studied at the Government Law College in Bombay before setting up Karanjawala & Co along with Mrs Manik Karanjawala in 1983.
Mr Karanjawala authored the India Chapter for The Litigation Review, an annual guide to developments in Dispute Resolution in the most significant jurisdictions worldwide, designed to help counsel and private practitioners navigate the complexities of foreign or transnational disputes.
Mr Karanjawala was conferred with the degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D) by the Amity University in 2014. Mr Karanjawala is an experienced practitioner in the field of Dispute Resolution and has serviced a wide variety of clients from ordinary litigants to royal families, politicians, corporate houses and the largest media companies.
Mr Karanjawala has consistently featured as a Band 1 Lawyer in Chambers & Partners 'Dispute Resolution: New Delhi' since 2013.
Legal 500 has listed Mr Karanjawala as a ‘Leading Individual’ in Dispute Resolution, New Delhi consecutively from the previous three years.
