Career highlights: Crystal Chen is a partner at Tsai Lee & Chen. Her practice of nearly 20 years covers all areas of IP law. She counsels on patent prosecution and enforcement, and frequently advises clients on the IP laws in China. She deals with infringement litigation related to copyright, design, trademark and unfair competition.
Crystal received her LLM degree from the UNH School of Law (formerly known as the Franklin Pierce Law Center). She is admitted to the National Bar of China and the New York State Bar in the US. She is the chair of the Delegates for Independent Members of AIPPI, a member of AIPLA, ABA, IPO, and the Beijing Bar Association. She is also a contributor to many professional journals and publications. The work she has published includes: ’International Patent Litigation: A Country-by-Country Analysis – Taiwan Chapter‘, published by Bloomberg BNA; and, ’Taiwan Chapter, World Intellectual Property Rights and Remedies – Laws with Commentary‘, published by West Publishing Co.
