Corporate and M&A

Work highlights 

Advised China International Capital Corporation, the financial adviser of China Energy Engineering Corporation, on CEEC’s share exchange and merger of Gezhouba project. This is the first case of H-share listed companies merging with A-share listed companies, and the largest merger case in recent years. 

Provided comprehensive legal service for the acquisition of Yantai Nanshan University by International Alliance Financial Leasing. 

Providing legal services for China Power's acquisition of three wind power projects, namely, Hami Ruiding, Hami Laibei and Hami Jiuding.
