Advised Thanulux Public Company on a complex restructuring and expansion of its investment involving five reputable listed companies.

Advised Saha Pathana Inter-Holding on the acquisition of approximately 41.8% of the total issued shares of Thanulux Public Company.  

Advised Yong Concrete Public Company, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of precast and ready-mixed concrete products in central and western Thailand, on its IPO.  

Banking and finance

Work highlights 

Advised the Bank for International Settlements to design and develop an efficient cross-border payment infrastructure platform. 

Advised Ally Kex Private Equity on its joint venture arrangement with convertible financial extension.
