Representing Heart Media in a dispute with the owner of an NFT ecosystem platform involving the minting and sale of NFTs of an international luxury brand on the Binance NFT platform.  

Advising the controllers of JG Jewelry and JDM Import in a long-standing JV dispute against one of the largest diamond and jewelry suppliers in India. 

Represented Foreland Singapore, a commodities trading firm, against IG Asia in relation to the London Metal Exchange’s unprecedented decision to suspend and reverse nickel trades that were closed. 

Successfully acted for Sino-Trust Global as the claimant in an arbitration in the SIAC against one of the largest manufacturers and supplier of high carbon ferrochrome in the world.

Advised China Hainan Rubber Industry Group on its mandatory conditional cash offer of all the issued and paid up share capital of Halcyon Agri Corporation
