• Restructuring & Insolvency: The firm won a case for Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd against the minority lender ICICI Bank which opposed the revival of the company.
• Banking & Finance: The Firm acted as legal advisor to IndusInd Bank Limited pertaining to financial assistanc of up to INR 1510.00 Million sanctioned to Kanpur River Management Private Limited. 
• Corporate and M&A: The firm advised Rajasthan Antibiotics and its Group Companies for its scheme of Amalgamation.
