Satoru Hasumoto has led domestic and foreign real estate transactions, construction projects, fund formations, and project financing deals — with recent work focusing on the areas of cross-border transactions involving data centers for international operators and investors; hotels and logistics facilities for foreign investors; and U.S. and Australian real estate investments.
