Gao Ping is a founding partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm with three decades of legal experience, specializing in dispute resolution for major and complex commercial matters. She serves as an arbitrator at multiple institutions, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and previously acted as an expert judge for commercial trials at a Beijing intermediate court. Associate Gao has been a judge in civil courts of Beijing Second Intermediate Court and Beijing People’s High Court for approximately15 years before practicing as a lawyer. She has handled more than 2000 civil cases regarding securities, investment & financing, insurance, trust, real estate, stock equities, lease and transaction and etc. Some of her trials are recorded and reprinted by authoritative publications such as A List of China’s Trials, Book Series on Civil and Commercial Law Cases of Higher Education, New Course on Corporate Law Cases, A Look at Complicated Juristic Cases under Corporate Law, Law Journal, Case Study on Finance-related Trials and etc.

Associate Gao has provided legal services to China Orient Asset Management Corporation, China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation and Citic Asset Management Co., Ltd. She also has a wide-ranging experience advising large real estate companies and high-tech enterprises regarding package transfer of non-performing assets, asset securitization, asset recovery, establishment and restructuring of asset management joint venture, real estate PE, corporate governance, equity incentive, dispute settlement and etc.
