Before founding ATS Law Firm with other partners and being Director/Managing Partner of ATS law firm, Ms. Vu Thi Thu Ha has over twenty-year working experience as In-house Lawyer for leading groups in the fields of real estate, construction, energy, trading, Senior Consultant of Ernst & Young Vietnam, National Project Co-ordinator – National Blood Safety Programme (World Health Organization).

Spanning over 20 years of experience, Ms. Vu Thi Thu Ha has abundant experience and insight, which arises from her innumerable past track record. She has been granted several individual awards from various prestigious organizations, including Legal 500, IFLR, Asialaw and was named in the A-list of Vietnam's Top 100 Lawyers from 2021 to 2024 by Asia Business Law Journal. • Advising Turner Vietnam on handling several contractual disputes with its clients.
• Advising a leading company in energy and agriculture in Vietnam on the proposed acquisition of a Solar Farm Project covering an area of about 80 hectares in Southern Vietnam.
• Advising on the transfer of an eco-tourism island project in the North of Vietnam with a value of over USD 100 million.
• Advising on the acquisition of a USD 50 million - valued industrial park, infrastructure, construction and exploitation project in central Vietnam
• Acting for a leading global supplier of technology and services, and is active in a range of sectors including automotive aftermarket, automotive electronics, drive and control technology, etc. in above EUR 10 million – valued tax litigation at court
• Acting for one of the leading private conglomerates in a labour litigation proceedings following labour contract termination by the employer with extremely high-value of compensation request of employee for more than USD 90 million.
