Zhenyu (George) Niu

Mr. George Niu specializes in PE/VC, fund establishment, cross-border M&A, and domestic and overseas corporate listings. He also has extensive experience in corporate equity incentive plan formulation and private wealth management.

Mr. Niu has provided legal services for numerous renowned domestic and overseas PE/VC funds. He has also assisted hundreds of influential companies in connection with their China-based and international securities offerings, private placements, M&A transactions, and initial public offerings. In terms of corporate equity incentive plan formulation, Mr. Niu has designed option plans for a range of companies covering a variety of industry sectors, including telecoms, internet, financial services, education, advertising, human resources, pharmaceuticals, food & health food, medical devices, insurance, clean technology, new energy, manufacturing, resources, and infrastructure.
