AnJie Law firm has hired labour law specialist Kaitian Luo as partner in its Beijing office from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was a senior associate. Luo previously worked at the Beijing Municipal Tax Service under the State Taxation Administration.
Luo specialises in labour law and corporate compliance, with expertise in handling staffing matters during M&A, insolvency and restructuring. He has also participated in compliance investigations of state-backed enterprises and helped companies enhance their compliance systems.
According to AnJie, Luo will further facilitate coordination between its employment teams in Beijing and Shanghai.
