AnJie Law Firm and Broad & Bright Law Firm have announced a merger agreement to form integrated single firm AnJie & BB by January 1 2022. According to the firms, the strategic merger aims to boost their strength in various practice areas, which will further expand their industry expertise in insurance, life sciences, digital entertainment, energy, infrastructure, fintech and maritime.
Managing partner of Broad & Bright, Philips Ding commented: "…We also expect a scale economy will emerge from our fully integration, which will enable us to pursue innovative models aiming at delivering legal services more efficiently.
