DeHeng Law Offices has hired six partners in its offices in Beijing and Suzhou. Xianqiu Wu, Jingjing Xiong, Na Wang and Zhenghua Wang will be joining the firm’s Beijing headquarter, while Ying Sun and Jun Feng will join Suzhou office.
Wu focuses on litigation and arbitration, corporate issues, bankruptcy, trust and asset securitisation. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at JunZeJun Law Firm. Xiong joins from Grandway Law Offices. She specialises in taxation, trust, equity investment and securities.
Na’s practice covers venture capital, private equity, cross-border investment and restructuring and M&A. Insurance expert Wang joins from Beijing Kangda Law Firm.
Joining the firm’s Suzhou office, Sun and Feng were both senior partners at Wei Heng Law Firm, where they led a team focusing on commercial transactions and cross-border matters. Sun advises on cross-border investment and financing, foreign investment and M&A, while Feng focuses on cross-border investment, financing, dispute resolution and employment law.
