Mr. Cao Yanghui has practiced as full-time lawyer since 2001 when he earned his post-graduate degree. From June 2005 to June 2006, he participated in the Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers that was organized by the P.R.C. Department of Justice. During that time, he studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and worked at Linklaters, Quadrant Chambers and Ince & Co.
Mr. Cao Yanghui specializes in disputes resolution, and has accumulated intensive experience in foreign-related litigation and arbitration, and recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. He has gained a deep insight into international trade, shipping and logistic, maritime matter, insurance and financing, shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase. Mr. Cao has also made extensive and in-depth research on Free Trade Zones, finance leasing and blockchain.
Mr. Cao Yanghui is the Delegate of the 11th Bar Association of Guangdong Province, Director of Professional Committee of Legal Business of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Free Trade Zone of the Bar Association of Guangzhou Municipality, Deputy Director of the Lawyers Work Committee of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality, arbitrator at the Guangzhou Arbitration Committee, arbitrator at the Nansha International Arbitration Center, and a member of the Shipping Experts Database.
