JunHe has advised Chinese office software company Kingsoft Office on its $655 million IPO on the Star Market, with Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the underwriter CICC.
Kingsoft Office is a subsidiary of the Hong Kong bourse-listed Kingsoft Corporation. The parent company was founded in 1988, and its main products include office software such as WPS Office and Kingsoft online dictionary. The IPO is expected to help Kingsoft research product updates, artificial intelligence, cloud and global development.
The JunHe team was led by partners Tiejun Shi and Yisong Yi, with assistance from partner Ruochen Li.
