Ashurst joins up with ADTLaw in Singapore
Ashurst has formed a formal law alliance with Singaporean law firm ADTLaw, which has a strong focus on arbitration and civil litigation, corporate/M&A, and banking and finance, and was founded by Dawn Tan, formerly at Rajah & Tann. The firm will operate under the name of Ashurst ADTLaw.

Rajah & Tann has hired two partners in its ship finance and corporate practices. Chua Choon King brings with him experience in both contentious and non-contentious shipping matters. He was previously with TSMP Law Corporation. Corporate specialist Sandy Foo, who was with Drew & Napier, will focus on M&A and capital markets
