In this arbitration case, a domestic enterprise acted as the agent and signed a shipbuilding contract with an Indonesian buyer for a domestic shipyard. The arbitration took place in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the procedural law applied was the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance, while the substantive law applied was English law.
