Friday, 1 August 2025 – CMS INDUSLAW is pleased to announce that Vinit Patwari has joined the firm as a Partner in our Transactions practice, based in the Mumbai office.
Vinit brings a decade of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity and strategic investments. His practice includes advising global investors and corporates on investments, exits, acquisitions, business transfers, joint ventures, regulatory structuring, and general corporate advisory. He has advised marquee clients including Alibaba Group, Ant Group, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel, GIC, SoftBank, Goldman Sachs, Tata Group, etc. on high-value transactions across sectors including technology, retail, logistics, consumer, healthcare, energy and financial services.
Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Vinit worked with Trilegal and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
