Han Kun Law Offices has hired Shiye Yuan as partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining the firm, Yuan worked at big four accounting firm Ernst & Young for 15 years as an M&A tax partner.
Yuan specialises in tax, including tax optimisation for private equity and venture capital, tax risk management and minimisation for mergers and acquisitions and tax optimisation for wealthy individuals. He regularly advises TMT, healthcare and consumer products companies.
