Gao specialises in intellectual property disputes including patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright litigation with a specific focus on antitrust, licensing rates for standard essential patents and pharmaceutical end-of-patent-life disputes. Gao’s work covers a breadth of sectors including pharmaceuticals, communications and technology. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, he was a partner at Fangda Partners.
