CMS has entered into a formal law alliance with dispute resolution specialist Holborn Law and will operate as CMS Holborn Asia. The alliance will help CMS enter the Singapore market and allow the international firm to offer dispute resolution services in the country.

Bangalore firm Panindia Legal has expanded its operations to Mumbai. The firm has a strong focus on contracts, consumer litigation and real estate work. The firm plans to expand to New Delhi, Kolkata, Kochi and Baroda by the end of 2017 to continue to fill the gap for legal services demand in tier two and three cities in India.
