Ina Alexandra A. Dominguez
Partner, Corporate & Commercial
Ina has 10 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, real estate, mining and natural resources law, energy, and infrastructure projects. She is cited as a Next Generation Lawyer for Projects and Energy by The Legal 500 for 2019.
Ina regularly represents multinational corporations in local and foreign-related transactions. She provides general corporate and commercial advice, and assists with doing business concerns, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, real property acquisitions and development, special registrations, and mining and natural resources issues.
She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in 2008, and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2009 and New York (USA) bar in 2012. She obtained her undergraduate degree (AB Management Economics and Social Science) from the same university in 1997.
Michael T. Macapagal

Michael has 10 years of legal practice involving arbitration, construction, healthcare disputes, compliance, civil and criminal litigation, labor law, intellectual property law, public private partnerships, project finance and joint venture matters. He has been cited as a Next Generation Lawyer in Real Estate and Construction by the The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for 2019.
Michael focuses on commercial arbitration, construction disputes, competition law enforcement, public-private partnerships and project finance deals with the government. He has assisted and advised domestic and multinational clients across all sectors, such as energy, oil and gas and healthcare, on dispute resolution-related issues, such as the commencement of arbitration and drafting of arbitration / dispute resolution clauses. In addition, Michael has extensive experience in civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation, and has appeared and argued before various Philippine trial and appellate courts.
He graduated from University of the Philippines College of Law in 2008, and Columbia Law School in 2014, and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2009 and New York (USA) bar in 2017. He obtained his undergraduate degree (BS Management Engineering) from Ateneo de Manila University.
Reena C. Mitra-Ventanilla
Partner, Intellectual Property
Reena has about twelve (12) years of experience handling intellectual property rights management, prosecution, litigation, and enforcement. For a time, she also practiced civil, criminal, labor, and maritime laws. She is cited as a Next Generation Lawyer in Intellectual Property by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for three consecutive years (2017-2019).
Reena's practice focuses on intellectual property-related issues and concerns, including brand management, intellectual property litigation and enforcement, intellectual property transactions, and preparation of documents and pleadings filed before the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), regular courts, and other tribunals. She also works extensively on data privacy matters, technology transfer arrangements and licensing, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property protection issues. She has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer goods, fashion, food, entertainment, technology, and automotive industries.
She graduated from University of the Philippines - College of Law in 2006, and was admitted to bar the following year. She obtained her undergraduate degree (AB Psychology) from the same university in 2001.
Kristine Anne V. Mercado-Tamayo

Kristine Anne has 12 years of experience assisting clients on tax issues, involving corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and other cross-border transactions. Kristine advocates on clients' behalf in controversies involving disputed tax assessments, representing clients before the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Kristine's practice focuses on general tax planning and taxation for commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, including pre-spin-off and post-acquisition restructuring and corporate restructuring exercises. She advises clients on customs issues relating to cross-border transactions, including compliance with applicable government licensing, reporting, documentation, and record-keeping requirements. She also handles wealth management, including the areas of succession, estates, and trusts. She advises wealth management institutions on tax considerations of offshore structures. She also advises high networth individuals and families on various wealth management solutions and tax planning tools.
Kristine graduated from Ateneo de Manila University. She also obtained her undergraduate degree (BS Legal Management) from the same university. She was admitted to the bar in 2007.
