21 March 2024 | New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised HDFC Bank Limited (“Lender”) on the term loan facility provided to Moon Beverages Limited (“MBL”) for its acquisition of manufacturing, distribution and marketing rights of Coca Cola products in certain target territories in India along with related assets on a slump sale basis from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Limited.
HDFC Bank has thereafter assigned part of the term loan facility to Axis Bank and ICICI Bank.
