Capital markets-focused Alliance Law Firm has carved out a niche offering seasoned advice on and defence against enforcement actions by financial regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. It also has a lengthy track record working with clients on their IPOs, rights issues, buyback offers and de-listings. The firm is helmed by managing partner RS Loona and partner Ankur Loona. The former is a securities litigation expert. They were joined in April 2024 by associate partner Himanshi Khanna from Sterne India.
