Anhad Law

India

Analysis

Overview

Leading employment specialist Manishi Pathak founded Anhad Law in early 2021 after his departure from IndusLaw. The firm is one of the few law firms in the country to house a dedicated and standalone labour and employment practice. It covers the full spectrum of services for companies and employees, from advisory to mediation and litigation.

In addition to its employment pillar, the firm has branched out into offering a full suite of services on all legal aspects of real estate and construction. The team covers non-contentious and contentious real estate matters, ranging from litigation, large-scale real estate project investments and financing, to purchase-sale, leasing and conducting detailed land title due diligence. The firm recently launched its IP practice, covering prosecution, transactional and contentious matters. Partners Ranjan Jha, Sumit Kalra and Dhruv Gandhi are also key contacts.
