Virtual Advocacy & Video Hearings
Our counsel regularly appear in video arbitration and court hearings, as well as mediations, having received training in virtual hearing advocacy i.e. techniques for making persuasive video submissions to courts and tribunals, as well as examining and cross-examining witnesses effectively, over video-link.
