Burgeon Law is a boutique law firm catering to startups, venture capitalists, and early and growth-stage players. This year the firm moves up a tier in the corporate and M&A and private equity tables. It is led by founder Roma Priya and the team cover the full spread of practice areas relevant to its clients, from regulatory advice and investments to restructuring. Since the firm’s inception in 2015, it has closed over 700 domestic and cross-border deals from seed to growth equity. It covers a broad range of industry sectors such as health-tech, fintech, edutech, logistics, e-commerce, travel, mobility and healthcare. Associate partner Abhisshek Singlla joined last year from Andritz. Corporate specialist Abhay Vohra left to establish MetaLaw Offices in June.
