Successfully defended Blackbough clothing shop against a trademark opposition filed by Suyen Corporation, securing registration for Blackbough's distinctive "B" logo mark. The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines ruled that Blackbough's logo was not confusingly similar to Suyen's "B" and "BENCH" logos, allowing the fast-growing swimwear brand to maintain its key brand identity valued at approximately P50 million ($0.88 million).
