Founded a decade ago, Ediplis Counsels has its roots in intellectual property. Since then, it has slowly added multiple verticals including general corporate and M&A, insurance, private equity and dispute resolution. This year the firm debuts in the corporate and M&A, and technology and telecommunications tables. Four senior partners lead the firm: IP specialists Nishant Kewalramani, Ashima Chalia, Vishal Jain, and Aditi Verma Thakur. The firm has four offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur.
