Enho Grace & Partners operates from its new Kuala Lumpur office at D'Rapport following the merger of its Petaling Jaya and Mont' Kiara offices in June 2024. The dispute resolution practice, led by Vincent Lim and Enho Lim, focuses on commercial and transactional disputes including shareholder conflicts, investment fraud, partnership disputes and insolvency proceedings. The firm has expanded to four partners and six lawyers across corporate, dispute resolution and real-estate practices.
Work highlights
Successfully represented a property developer before the Federal Court in defending a fraudulent misrepresentation claim brought by purchasers. The case involved allegations of abuse by corporate structure and violation of the principle of separate legal entity.
