Icon Law is focused specifically on corporate-related work, including equity capital markets, investments, M&A, employment, privacy, funds and corporate administration. Launched in late 2022, it is an evolution of the former Singapore member firm of the ZICO Law network and is currently being integrated into KPMG. It is ZICO's new Singapore member firm and has “best friend” status with KPMG Law in Singapore.
The firm is helmed by managing director Chun Bin Soh and director Jeremiah Huang.
