Established in July 2019, JLex is headed by Joseph Tan and Joanna Poh specialising in commercial disputes with a particular focus on shipping and international trade. The firm often receives instructions from foreign solicitors to act in Singapore litigation cases. Tan regularly acts as arbitrator in international arbitrations seated in Singapore and Hong Kong and speaks at various conferences involving maritime and international trade matters.
