Work highlights
Advised the largest commercial bank of Mongolia – Khan Bank – on its green bond programme, which comprises two tranches: (i) Tug17 billion ($5 million) for the public and (ii) a US dollar tranche of $25 million exclusively for foreign strategic investors in the Mongolian securities market.
Advised Munkhiin Useg, the largest publisher in Mongolia, on offering bonds in the amount of $1.5 million on Mongolia’s OTC market for the purpose of increasing its working capital.
