Work highlights 

Advised Flex Tek, a Singapore company's subsidiary, in selling its factory in Taiwan to a Taiwan-listed company named G-Shank Enterprise.

Acted as the counsel to Coupang and assisted it in drafting and negotiating (a) the warehouse lease with the landlord, and (b) various construction contracts with contractors, conducting a legal due diligence on the premises, and advising the tenant on lease and construction-related matters.
