Acted for a corporate shareholder of a joint venture company and its founder in a high-stakes ICC arbitration involving disputes over the operation of the joint venture.

Work highlights 

Represented an established contractor and developer in a multi-party arbitration against employers regarding the construction of a luxury bungalow, navigating intricate legal issues related to the interpretation of construction contracts and the role of the project architect. 

Advised a prominent piling and engineering contractor on claims against a main contractor for outstanding payments and breach of contract arising from multiple public sector projects involving pipe-jacking works.
