Work highlights
Successfully represented appellants in a significant Court of Appeal case challenging the Legal Profession Qualifying Board's decision to abolish articled clerkship as an alternative pathway to becoming an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. The Court of Appeal overturned the High Court's decision, ruling that the board had acted ultra vires the Legal Profession Act 1976 in abolishing the articled clerkship system.
