Acted for Trichy Thanjavur Expressways SPV in an arbitration it invoked against the National Highways Authority of India in relation to the latter’s failure to comply with the terms of the agreement between it and the client, curtailing the only revenue generation avenue of the client. This case will set a precedent on how matters arising out of a blockage of a single revenue source are adjudicated.
