PSL Advocates and Solicitors is a New Delhi-based boutique with a focus on commercial arbitration, insolvency, tax, corporate advisory and commercial litigation. Acted for a domestic telecoms giant in a high-stakes litigation concerning allegations of misclassification of imported goods under the customs tariff heading, leading to a significant tax demand. The case raised critical questions regarding the authority's ability to retrospectively impose higher duties based on prior classifications. 

Advised a local energy group in securing a stay against the decision of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal regarding the private sale of assets under liquidation.
