Firm History
The firm was established in the 1983 and was renamed as Rahul Chaudhry & Partners on 1 July 2018, as a result of structural changes in the firm ownership.

• Assisted Conqueror Innovations Private Limited and its Managing Director N.V. Satyanarayana in enforcing their Standard Essential Patent against Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited, who was found to be using the patented technology viz. communication device finder system, in its various devices.
• Assisting ESTEVE PHARMACEUTICALS, S.A. in their ongoing appeal u/s 117A, to secure their patent rights in co-crystal of known combinations at Delhi High Court. This upcoming High Court decision would be landmark judgement that would pave a path, whether a co-crystal of known API combinations are patentable or not.
• Successfully assisted the U.S. Green Building Council (“USGBC”) in defending its rights in the mark LEED, an acronym for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, which is one of the world’s best known rating systems for green buildings and homes.
