Successfully acted for Herbalife International Singapore in a landmark Singapore High Court case against the Comptroller of Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is only the second ever GST case in Singapore’s history to reach the Singapore High Court.

Assisted Singapore Cement Manufacturing Company in a dispute over whether a cement silo qualifies as "plant" for capital allowance purposes.
