Established in the summer of 2021 by a group of partners from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Saraf and Partners has established itself well as a highly regarded full-service firm with core strengths in projects, corporate and M&A, private equity and restructuring and insolvency. The team consists of no less than 34 partners and over 180 personnel. By the end of 2022, the teams had executed more than $43 billion worth of transactions and in the spring of 2023, it acquired boutique real estate law firm, SRGR Law Offices and its 20-strong team.
