Work highlights
Represented Hulm Entertainment as the plaintiff in a copyright infringement case where the defendant launched a similar feature on its existing app and made use of the same elements of the client’s app. This was a first of its kind case involving features in a gaming module wherein the court has granted injunction.
Acted for Havells India as the plaintiff seeking injunction against defendants who were infringing the registered designs of the client.
