Assisted the State Bank of India on the maintainability of the CIRP against the main corporate debtor.
Represented the Bank of Baroda in matter against the legal heir of a personal guarantor. This case saw the NCLT considering the issue of whether an application under Section 95 of IBC is maintainable against legal heirs of personal guarantor for the first time and gave clarity to this issue.
Advised the Central Bank of India, UCO Bank and Textile Solutions, in their separate applications against corporate debtors.
