The firm works with young companies in relation to capital raising during their seed, growth and expansion phases. It has strong sectoral experience in banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, and technology and telecoms. Founding partners Vinayak Burman and Archana Khosla Burman are key figures. This year the firm welcomed two new partners: Manasi Pathak Verma from LegumRadix, and Siddharth Raja from Saakshya Law.

Work highlights
Advised Finova Capital in a deal which involved acquisition of a certain stake by an incoming investor from certain angel investors and the founders, and on a Series D round primary investment in the company by certain existing investors and a new investor.
Acted for Redcliffe Lifetech on its $61 million Series B fundraise led by LeapFrog investments.
