Work highlights

Advised Tomypak Holdings on the acquisition of a majority stake in EB Packaging. The deal involved Tomypak Flexible Packaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tomypak Holdings, acquiring a 70% equity interest in EB Packaging. The transaction also included structuring call and put options for the potential future acquisition of the remaining 30% equity interest in EB Packaging.

Advised Elsoft Research on its acquisition of Xyrius Solutions. The deal involved Elsoft acquiring 100% equity interest in Xyrius for a total consideration of RM10 million ($2.3 million). The purchase was structured as a combination of cash payment and share issuance.

Advised NationGate Holdings on its initial public offering and listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

Represented Oppstar in its IPO and listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

Assisted Supercomnet Technologies in transferring its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. This included the transfer of its entire issued capital and outstanding warrants, as well as the adoption of a new company constitution.
