Represented Foreland Singapore, a commodities trading firm, against IG Asia in relation to the London Metal Exchange’s unprecedented decision to suspend and reverse nickel trades that were closed.

Successfully acted for Sino-Trust Global as the claimant in an arbitration in the SIAC against one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of high carbon ferrochrome in the world.
